We have special rates available for children and students and also host various school groups as part of their physical education programs.

Memberships are available for children aged 12 and over.

 

Families

Why not make your health and fitness program a family event. We offer a special family rate so mum or dad can come in and enjoy a session with the kids. Its a fun way to encourage a healthy lifestyle for the whole family. Either train together or separately, its up to you!

 

Seniors and rehabilitation

We encourage all mature age persons and those rehabilitating from injury to incorporate a daily fitness routine into their lifestyle. We have a separate weights room for use by ladies and seniors together with especially run low impact group fitness classes. We also have highly qualified trainers who are experienced in managing injuries, rehabilitation and special populations.

 

Corporate Groups

Get together with your work mates and train before work, at lunch time or after work. Its a great way to stay motivated and train with someone who leads a similar lifestyle.

We can offer a special membership arrangements for corporate groups and can even organise team building events like a boot camp, boxing or aerobics class just for your corporate or sporting group.
